UPDATED: How we create events

Balls, fashion contests, and holiday parties
First, someone comes up with an idea for a party that we could hold. We then come up with a date and time, dress code (if necessary), etc. Then, I PM an admin just in case they could be holding one on the same day (1 week before Black Friday-Jan 2. only)

Arrival day parties-UPDATED
Arrival day parties are more complex than other events. A member of the group (this seems to always be HappyDerp, but anyone else can do it) PMs a new fairy WHO WROTE AN INTRODUCTION POST if they would like an arrival day party. The fairy who sent the PM will then PM me or post about on the group chat (the preffered way). Then, we let the arrival day fairy pick a meadow to hold the party in and a date and time that will work for them. The Pixie Post does not do much work for these, as they require minimal planning. Finally, I make a thread announcing the party. Then, when it's party time, we party!

By next week I really meant when we have enough members, and we just need 2 more party planners. I was guessing everyone would be ready to start by the end of the week, but here we are now at 3 days!

I was just wondering if we could have an official list of who's who. That way, we know when we have to act if we're the ones to act (that sounds confusing lol) and if there are more people who want to apply, we can take shifts!

A pixie is elegible for an AD party if they made a welcome post. Otherwise, we'd be PMing every 'Welcome new member: _______'. This makes it so we don't go crazy trying to plan details for one party or the other and makes the parties special and not too frequent and overused.

Yes. I don't know you would find a new arrival (that will stay here) in any other way, though.
