FairyABC Troubleshooting Guide

Hey Guys!

I've gathered solutions to many common problems and decided to make a troubleshoot guide for new fairies as it doesn't seem like we have a COMPLETE one.

Supported Browsers:
Recommended: Firefox and Google Chrome
Confirmed Working: Oprah, Avant, Maxthon
NOT SUPPORTED: Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Safari

Help how do I clear my cache and cookies?
Firefox: Click on Tools, Options, Advanced, and Network. Clear both Cached web content and Offline Web content and User Data.

Google Chrome: Click on the three dots on the far-right upper-hand corner of the screen. Click on more tools, then Clear Browsing Data, then Obliterate from the beginning of time to completely clear your cache and cookies! I recommend only checking cache and cookies, as that way you don't lose your browsing history.

Help my fairy and clothes are white!
This is caused by a lack of WebGL.
If you are experiencing this problem, follow the steps in this post.
If you are still having issues, please send me a PM with links to screenshots of the webgl report results as well as your brand and model of graphic card (every step to finding that information is in that post) and I will do my best to assist you.

Help the game hangs on the One Moment screen!
Please run your own server by going to http://www.fairyabc.com/server/

Help fairies on my server are turning into "0"s!

Help when I try to save a PNG of my fairy/sparrowman he/she is all tangled!
If you just want a normal posed fairy/sparrowman, just take the head slider and move it one tick to the left or right and your fairy will look normal in the save screen!

Help my clothes disappeared/reset!
This happens when you switch web browsers or clear your cache and cookies. The only fix is to buy and dye all the clothes again, so I recommend taking screenshots of your outfits and writing down which colors you used to make it easier to recreate them!

Help the clothes I'm buying from the Queen's Boutique don't appear in my inventory!
As of right now, any clothing items from the Queens Boutique don't show up in your Leaf Journal. To fix this, get the outfit that you want, and then fly to the dye shop in Cherryblossom Heights. Once you dye all the items, they will appear in your inventory!
