I can't enter any shops.

Hi! I'm new here. I can't seem to enter any of the shops. I just get the loading screen forever. I've tried both Safari and Google Chrome. Is there anything else I can do?

what version are you on? 1.0 or 2.0?

I'm using version 1. Is there a version 2? how do I access it?

The shops I've found to work on 1.0 are Summit Style, Gale's Outfitters, the Queen's Boutique, Daisy's Dyes, Schelly's Hair Salon (Bella's Baubles), the Sweet Shop and the Fairy Circle. Any other buildungs that are supposed to be shops won't work. As for reaching 2.0, you can either click the pink Play button or the button that says Game. Hope this helped any.

Currently I've found five working shops in 2.0:
Summit Style
Beck's Animal Nursery (only post 2020 can buy and recolour an Animal Friend, but the process is a little too lengthy)

Schelly's Hair Salon
Daisy's Dyes
Colette's Colors (not sure if you can colour anything there)


The shops that used to work, in addition to the above:
Neville's New Homes
Housewares
Coal's Community Affairs, or the Donation shop


And the stores that never worked in 2.0, far as I can recall
Queen's Boutique
Any Sweet Shop
The blank shops
