Help returning fairies

Hey there! I'm Charlotte Pinestone. I haven't been on Pixie Hollow in a while because life is busy, but I'm back and I can't wait to play. The only thing is that when I tried to play Pixie Hollow again, my fairy was completely gone. Is this normal? Has this happened to anyone else? Do I have to completely remake my fairy now? I'm just a bit confused. I didn't think this would happen.

If you clicked the "PLAY" button when you reached the ga ...

One such glitch includes clothing, e.g. when you try to get a different item, but all that changes on that part is the colour, even if you select an item you can't recolour... that's in 2.0; 1.0 does still have a glitch or three, but at least there you'll have a little less trouble enjoying the game.
