Hi! I'm new here and when I try to play pixie hollow it won't let me tap on anything. I tried contacting someone but have received no response. Can someone help me?

Are you trying to get into 1.0 or 2.21? If 1.0, it looks like there's still a lock preventing newer accounts, like post 65000s, into 1.0. As for 2.21, that version has even more glitches, like timing out the connexion or cutting it short before you're ready with zero involvement on your part sometimes. Honestly, the best advice I can give on this anymore is to wait a bit and try again.

Welcome to Fairy ABC! Sorry to see you're having trouble. Are you trying to access 1.0 or 2.0? 2.0 can be accessed through the pink play button after clicking the play game tab on the forums. However you cannot play the game through a tablet or phone, you need a desktop. Once you are in to 2.0, you can shop in Summit Style, the spa and hair salon, and Daisy's Dyes. Through personal experience, it's best to load the stores then refresh and then they work better. As CuriousSeed said above, no new fairies made from late 2019 to now can get into 1.0. Wait, how late 2019 because I've seen early 60000s get into 1.0 and I'm a rather late 2019 account.
