The Poetry Ferry is back in the Hollow!



There are many different Talents of fairies, you see
Flitting about like busy little bees
From feats with water
To flora and fauna
And lighting the way in the dark to see.

I'm Silver Winterjewel, Wintry Author
And for my tasks I seldom falter
Be they making snow
Or in writing show
What my talent collective can offer.

Another Silver Winterjewel joins me this day
Placing her wintry beauty on display
But unlike yours truly
Her other talent's duly
For finding gemstones like Light Talents find sunrays.

Speaking of such is Foxglove Glitterbeam
Who finds purple fashion quite the dream
But pair her with dirt
Or a word too curt
And she may just start to scream.

Next is Lavender Peachgarden, a very tall girl
With Gardening Talents, vines unfurl
Quite the tomboy
Could lead a convoy
Of plants that could be enjoyed around the world.

Magnolia Cedargem, fastest Tinker I know
With lightning speed and a passionate glow
For making things
Like hammers and rings
And gadgets and tchotchkes, the thoughts sure flow!

Her younger twin sister Onyx
Makes many a soup for kicks
Never to waste
With such exquisite taste
That so far her recipes number 106!

Holly Lotusblossom works with Chordates best
Since fauna-wise, leave Daylily the rest
She also takes care
When fixing your hair
And Scouting she never takes in jest.

Speaking of Scouts, Daylily Sunspring
To every animal she can speak and sing
Even the raptors,
Which are predators
Of the sky while such are gliding on majestic wing.

Heather Rosesong with hair so red
Never an acting section did she dread
Graceful and lithe
She often strives
Not for fame, but the experience instead.

None before Labyrinth Magicshimmer
Can I recall such a glimmer
Of versatile magic
Rarely a turnout tragic
Her displays can make many others seem dimmer.

Lenora Yarrowstream, a Storyteller
Can I recall any other 'twas sweller?
Adorned in blue
Hair and skin too
Gramatically speaking, she's quite the top speller.

Saffron Brightwillow, a very sweet Seamstress
But not her only talent, this I must stress
I've seen her work metal
Like Gardeners grow petals
And she can easily switch from anvils to dresses.

Strawberry Lightlocks is quite a Musician
But whistling and singing are not her profession
When whistling or singing a song
She calls on Saffron
And in tandem they have such lovely auditions.

Kyra Cutree can really bake
From small pastries to grandiose cakes
Bluer than Lenora
She's found edible flora
And not a one found that a mistake.

There was never a smaller Artist to show
Than a green-haired Primrose Winterglow
She takes to heart
Her passionate art
And has even made some artworks left aglow.

Faster than the speed of wind
Ginkgo Silkmuse wears a grin
Despite being a little deaf
If she were a chef
Her treats would still oft win.

Hickory Lightningglow is also quite fast
And she finds pleasant weather quite a blast
Though it'd behove you to know
She's a brontophobe
A trait of a Weather Talent you'd expect as the last.

Tansy Applebutter is never forlorn
When it comes to harvesting acorns
She's small but very strong
To a point many think wrong
But at least she still feels zero scorn.

And Gardenia Brightroot serves piping hot tea
By bending and heating the water, you see
A cryophobe
She sometimes has heavy robes
To keep herself warm even at tepid degrees.

And my little sister Pearl
What a darling girl
She works water too
And prefers wintry blues
As she makes the seasonal trip around the world.

I hope you enjoyed this charming garland
Of limericks that I gave a hand
Now time to fly

And let creativity take you across the land!
