Creating a fairy issues

Hello! I just want to share that I am having issues with creating a fairy. I can't change my look besides color and when I change my skin color it only changes my face skin tone.

Once you get past the Create-A-Fairy step and enter the Hollow, you should be able to change all of that.  In Palm Tree Cove, there's a shop called "Schelly's" where you can change your hairstyle, wings, eye color, and the color(s) of your skin and hair.  To put it simple, those issues should be resolved once you enter the Hollow, or you can fix everything at the above-mentioned shop.  I Sincerely Hope this helps!!
