Art Month 2018-Snowflake's Version

Fly with you fairies! For the past year and a half, I've been posting event stuff on my blog. I'll still be posting horoscopes, personality quizzes and maybe some other stuff on the blog, but I'll be posting my ideas for events on the forum because more people would be likely to see it that way.


Any way, it has been a tradition since 2010 that January would be Art Month. Each year, there would be artistic outfits and decor and many years there were new hairstyles. It was also a popular time for new things to be added such as Pinecone Pop, the pixie post office and highlights. Ballroom gifts were even given in 2010 and 2013.


For my interpritation of Art Month this year, I thought it would be cool if there week long events within the art month. I'm not doing any official FairyABC parties, but anyone is free to do something for any of these events. Here are the special event weeks.

1/7 to 1/13-Winter tea party (because there's a summer garden tea party)
1/21 to 1/27-Northern Lights Festival (when the fairies create the Northern Lights for the mainland)

1/28 to 2/3-Sister Celebration (from late 2012)

But throughout the month, I thought it would be cool if all different types of art were celebrated. A badge would be rewarded by doing those different art month activities. I don't have the badge right now, but I may or may not make them later this month. So...here are the activities. Some would be from actual crafting while others would be from art month stations set throughout the meadows.

Disclaimer: These stations are not really in FairyABC. I'm just having fun.


Pottery-Create a pot from your home in the pottery station in Chilly Falls
Jewelry making-Create an accessory (similar to the accessory crafting from the Tinkerbell DS game) in Treetop Bend
Writing-Write a story in Book Nook
Baking-Bake with Dulcie
Tinkering-Tinker with Copper
Sewing-Tailor with Bobbin or Mendy
Music-Play Snowy Lullaby
Drawing/painting-Draw in Bess's art studio (I thought a perminent art studio would be a fun addition to the game)
Digital art (it may sound mainlandish, but it's a huge part of art)-Create a fairy scene in Dewdrop Vale
Filming-Create a video in Havendish Square

Dance-Learn a dance in the Fairy Circle

Scrapbooking-Create a Pixie Hollow memory book in Sunflower Gully

So...yeah, that's my random event idea. This month is a flitterific time to do art IRL which I absolutely LOVE to do.

Wow! This is so creative! It'd be flitterific if someone could host those parties~ ♪

I'd also love if some of those activities could actually be done in Pixie Hollow! Maybe with a little extra creativity, some of us could do a few of them...
