Happy Halloween!!! : )
One of my favorite October traditions is pumpkin-carving & this year I wanted to do a Pixie Hollow themed design : D I toyed with a couple different concepts and ended up deciding on an arrival day theme. On the front of the pumpkin is a dandelion seed blowing in the wind along with some leaves and a trail of pixie dust, with a pair of wings backlit to signify the arrival of a new fairy! It's a fairly simple design compared to what I normally end up doing but I'm really happy with how it turned out; I'm super stoked that the pixie dust effect showed up the way I wanted it to. Unfortunately you can't see the pixie dust around the wings in the backlit reflection but that's okay. Sorry for the photos being a bit dark and grainy, alas it's rather hard to get particularly good glamour shots of lit up pumpkins haha. Anywho I know this is a bit of a random post but I wanted to share the design with y'all! Did anyone else carve pumpkins this year? What carving design did you do? : D
