Account reset

I logged on tonight to find that my entire account has been reset. I've lost my rank, coins, friends, and my page seems to be reset to the original format. Is there any reason as to why this happened and can I get my things back?

I know for a fact that people's pages always glitch out for no reason.
What I would suggest is to discuss this with Susie because you probably have been inactive- I'm not completely sure if I've ever seen you before on the forum lately.
But do try to narrow down all of the specific details about your previous status prior to the account reset.

This happened to me and an alt of mine also. i think it might be due to the inactivity since i was focusing on a different account recently. i would just make sure i'd keep logging on every once in a while so it wont happen again. I'm just glad it wasnt one of my accounts that got so far into all the credits!
