I've never done a cosplay here before so...I gave it a shot with what I could find!
This is Allura from Voltron: Legendary Defender~

I couldn't quite find the shirt I wanted and she does have more of a cloak thing on the back of her dress in the show, but hey this is a pretty good attempt!
