Black Screen or white screen

Everytime we update the game, we get reports about black screen and/or white screen. I know, its frustrating, sorry about that.
here is the solution.
clear your cache and cookies and reload the site.
for  google Chrome, visit chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
you have to check the beginning of time, you dont have to clear form/remembered passwords, you dont have to clear browser/download history, you dont have to restart your browser or your computer.

for firefox or Mozilla, visit about:preferences#privacy and then click "Clear your recent history " . for time rangeyou have to check everything, you dont have to clear form/remembered passwords, you dont have to clear browser/download history, you dont have to restart your browser or your computer.

if clear cache  and cookies doesn't work for you . please try this link after you login( its a back up)
