Faces are always tricky as well as full body proportions.
Try drawing guidelines and different angels to get used to making these faces.
Other than that, this is actually good for a first time.

| As for my criticism, the others have said it already but you can align her left eye a bit and fix the shape a bit on the right. Lips are a bit too close under the nose, so make it a teeennyyy bit lower. o:
