White Avatar Glitch

Hello, I have encountered an odd glitch. All of the avatars on my screen, including mine, are white all over, except for their wings.
I've tried clearing my cache, I've tried refreshing the page, I've tried looging out and logging back in again, I've even tried following the steps from http://www.fairyabc.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=1786 , but nothing worked. Will I ever see the fairies in color again?

Possibly your graphics card is bad, if you are using older computer like windows XP
or try different browser
