Page Reset Issue

hi so i redecorated my page and literally the next day it reset back to random defaults which is really annoying because i work hard to make my theme blend together and stuff but this time i'm especially irritated because i wanted to participate in the page contest and it reset AGAIN, which means that my page is no longer the beautiful masterpiece that i wanted to have it be to submit it.

anybody know how i can fix this problem???

last time i asked this question i had gone back to rework my page before someone looked at the question and they just assumed that it had resolved itself and they gave me no real answer.

| Not sure of how it works either, but my theory is remove any block and don't add it from the time being. Also, users refreshing at your page is my theory as to why it resets but I still gotta prove it. XD
