You guys know the drill by now. Fun fact: I'm writing this while listening to a chemistry lecture. Enjoy!
Animal
Fly not on your own wings
But on wings of birds
Listen not to she who sings
But to creatures' words
Put hand to paw and
From there, symbiosis reigns
For in this Neverland
For you, animals take the stage
Coax squirrels into their dens now
As Winter comes to mind
Gather food, your talent's how
These lives do not unwind
Seasons change and life goes on
Abetted by your aid
So they'll survive until the dawn.
See all the lives you've saved.
(Fun fact: the last two lines were going to be "And look how proud you've made Fawn/With all the lives you've saved") but I decided against it because the new version fits any time period of existance while the old line would date it)
EDIT: Fixed some grammar errors.
