The second never council meeting announcement

We are having the second never council meeting at September the second 2017, 20:00(8:00pm) US central time.
agenda items as followwing,
1, the establishing of the never council and its function
2, the compiling of the fan arts catalog
3, how many staffs are still active? do we need new staffs?
All ministers, moderators( editors, writers) and administrators are invited. other online members may audit the meeting too, but you are not supposed to speak there.
