Twilight Nightsparkle UID 9164 was talking to Victoria UID 6923 and mentioned how the account she was on now was a new account she had created because she had been banned. At the moment, I am not sure what Twilight's banned account is, but I have heard that there is a way to check which accounts are created by the same person. I don't believe Victoria has broken a rule, she just told Twilight to not shout out that her new account was a new one due to being banned.
