Hello Fairy Friends

We have been having FCFs here in the Hollow for many many years thanks to its wonderful creator; Abigail Flickerfly. January 10's FCF was the first FCF since her passing. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't dreaded this day when she first shared her news with us back in June. I share these feelings as I'm not sure I'm not the only one who felt them. My heart ached knowing she would no longer physically be here with us. I worried FCF would never quite be the same. But as the days passed, and we all gathered for Abi's Memorial and shared such found memories, that sad feeling faded.

Now, I feel honored. Through FCF, Abi wove our once loose community into something so close-knit. Through FCF we can honor her dedictaion to this comminuty and carry on her legacy. There's no better place! She is always with us in our memories. She always will be.

Without being prompted, January 10's FCF became a tribute to our dear friend. Each theme had a special connection to her.

It was a special night in honor of a very special person. Thank you to everyone who was able to participate in it, and to those who didn't--we hope to see you next time!
