A strange error message: 403 forbidden, access on this server is denied

Hello, I wanted to ask about a strange error message that I may be recieving due to connectivity issues. I recieve it on the whole site sometimes, and the issue is created when visting many pages on the site more than once. The issue did not happen to me pre fourm update. Strangely this error that prevents me from using Fairyabc sometimes can only be removed by clearing cookies on the browser with the issue. If I try to use another browser, such as Firefox, the message is still present. Anyway, I wanted to document this error message, as I do not know why I recieve it or what it meant. If you experience this issue I suggest you remove cookies instead of refreshing the page, but I do not know how to fix it.  If anyone has any helpful information about this strange error message, please comment in the thread or input your suggestion.
