Hi there! Usually players come on when an event is taking place!

Every Friday at 8:30 pm EST we have Fashion Contest Friday! Then there are also events scattered throughout the month randomly

Once you start a server, you can fly in immediately. Just be sure the server tab is open in a separate tab or window before trying to get in.
