My fairy is gone! ;-;

Hi there!
I've been gone for a while, and I just returned. My account had been frozen, and I just re-verified my email and such. (It still says my account is frozen at the top banner, though?)
I tried to enter into Pixie Hollow, but my fairy is gone! It set me in a screen to create a new fairy!
Does anyone know how I can get my old fairy, Marigold Aspensplash, back? Does it think my account is still frozen, and that's causing the problem? How can I fix that?
