Pie's 4th Anniversary Message
Despite reaching my fourth year mark upon creating the plaid enthusiast, bagel-loving sparrowman we all know to this day, I don't believe that I have ever made a blog post on this account. I guess now would be a great time to put out my first blog post, huh?
Today, Pie reached his fourth year upon arriving on this website. To be fair, Pie's account isn't my first account – my fourth year anniversary technically already happened last July. Either way, it's astonishing that it has already been four full years after creating my very first account here. I could have sworn it has only been a year since I've arrived! Time surely does fly by fast...
Over the years, I have met so many fairies and sparrowmen who came and went. Some has stayed here for so long that they've been here even before I have! And some have just recently arrived and joined us on our magical adventures. This probably will sound extremely corny, but for the first time in my life, I think I felt like I belonged somewhere. This community has warmly welcomed me when I first came, and they still warmly welcome me every Friday during FCF. Along the way we've encountered some problems, but we always find a way to solve them and continue a fun night of games and chatter.
I don't have any plans for Pie's arrival day – no party, no dedication, nothing. All I wanted to do was put my thoughts out there, and I highly doubt anyone will ever come onto my page and read this. If anyone encounters this message, whether or not it was on the day I posted this or even five years from now, I wanted to express how much I appreciate the members of the FABC community. You guys are amazing friends and I look forward to hanging out with you all every single Friday! I'm so glad I get the opportunity to make friends with such amazing people, and I hope our memories will expand far into the future! Thank you guys for being so flitterific! < 3
