Like was stated above, there's already an event scheduled for tonight. Sorry.
I recommend checking the forum to see what events are already scheduled before trying to schedule one of your own. Events tend to be scheduled days in advance instead of the day-of.

There's ALREADY an event tonight in the Ballroom in Version 2.0. It's the Pirate-Princess Ball Encore.
